“Charlie boy!! I wanted to provide some positive feedback on this product. First, one of the pieces was bent and a screw was stripped. I contacted the seller and they were WONDERFUL! They promptly messaged me back, sent me the replacement part and 2 replacement screws. They also sent extra balls to replace in the future! I cannot say enough about their customer service! It is topnotch! The tree is perfect for Charlie and he loves it. He plays and chills on it every day. Very happy with this purchase!” – LOVEWV (Source: Amazon)

“Very Stable and Nice, Not Great For Playful Cats. I purchased this cat tree in October of 2023. As seen in the first pic, the cat tree is very sturdy and stable and looks nice. The hanging bowl was able to hold our older cat who is very muscular and roughly 12lbs. The tree itself also withstands cats jumping off of it and running into it without tipping over. Our cats love this cat tree and it is very nice for the price.Unfortunately we have only had this cat tree for 7 months and our cats have destroyed it. While the cat tree is very nice and sturdy, the rope is not fastened to the posts very well so if the end of the rope gets loose, the whole thing can be pulled off. Within just a month our cats had scratched the posts up enough to loosen the ropes and started pulling them off. The bottom post barely has any rope left on it and we keep having to trim it so our cats aren’t eating the small pieces as they like to chew on it. The higher post has come loose as well but thankfully isn’t as bad as the bottom one. They also chewed both of the hanging balls off of the top in the first month. The hanging rope is still attached but they have managed to chew small pieces off which is not fun to clean and could be dangerous if ingested, so if your cat is chewing on it, it’s best to keep an eye on them. If you have cats that are very playful and aggressively scratch or chew, this cat tree may not be strong enough to withstand your cat. The only other issue is that the pieces can become loose occasionally especially if your cat(s) are playful and jumping on and off of the tree, but this is an easy fix (you just tighten it back up).Overall for the price, it is a really nice cat tree but may not be best for cats that are playful or rough.” – Anya (Source: Amazon)

“Great furniture for your cat! This cat furniture was so easy to assemble. It literally took me under 15 minutes. My cats were in it before I even had it all put together. One of my cats is on the heavier side and it didn’t even move when she got on it, very sturdy. It’s beautiful and has dark fabric to hide stains. My cats have a choice on where they want to curl up. Very safe and won’t tip over easily. All the parts were there. Great price for a quality peice. My cats will have fun for a long time!” – Amy Riha (Source: Amazon)

“My cats love it! I was worried about the size because most of the other reviewers had kittens. But my cats fit just fine! One weighs 7lbs and the other weighs 9lbs. Assembly was fairly easy, with the exception of some drill holes being off center, making it harder to screw pieces in. Also the scratching posts nearly gave me a splinter a few times, so maybe wear gloves. One of the hammocks does not have support in the front, so I was nervous about it causing the tree to topple over if too much weight was applied. While it may lean, the scratching post in the front acts like a kick stand preventing it from falling over. For extra support and peace of mind maybe just add weight to the bottom platform to keep it from lifting. Other than that it’s pretty sturdy, looks great in my space, it was very affordable, and the cats love it!” – Dre H (Source: Amazon)

“Lightweight, door handle height, lacking comfort. Packaged wonderfully with minimal waste. Very lightweight, easy to assemble and easy to move (be cautious with active or large cats). It reaches a bit higher than a doorknob, and takes up more width than I expected. The fabric is a thin fleece over wood with no padding. The ropes are stapled on. The staples are rough and need to be hammered in a bit. It has a factory chemical odor so needs to air out.The screws stick out the bottom (on your floor) and top (where kitty sits). There is no method to make the screws sit flush. To avoid floor damage, I added rubber pads. To avoid poking kitty, it may need a layer of foam added along with a new top cover.I like the way it looks overall. Kitty hasn’t tried it yet.” – Jiffy K (Source: Amazon)

“Solanà loves it! I previously have another smaller cat house. This one seems to be a great replacement. I have a VERY active cat and she needs a lot of Stimulation. The hammock and toys hanging are the prefect touch for her. She seems to love it. So, Far so good. A- on the quality. There wasn’t a smell. Lots of debris so get the vacuum. Easy to put together, just follow the instructions and the letters on are each item.” – Gerry Gordon (Source: Amazon)

“My kitty loves this thing. My cat is ~8 pounds and she is 8 months old. She was spayed when she was a kitten so she is on the smaller side and she fits perfectly in this thing. It’s way better than any regular small scratching post. I love it and will definitely buy the exact same one again once she tears this one up which I don’t see happening for another year or 2!” – Nicole m r (Source: Amazon)

“Cats LOVE it. My cats love this tree! They love to sleep in the baskets and scratch posts are a great touch. They played with the dangly toys at first but have lost interest in them. The only complaint is the bottom “ramp” it doesn’t tighten all the way and turns around when they try to use ir” – Kacie E. (Source: Amazon)
