It was packed very well and all parts were labeled with a letter and the build instructions were super easy! I was able to build it by myself and it took me about 40 minutes. Followed the advice to keep the screws loose and tighten once it was almost completed so I can make easy adjustments. It feels sturdy enough for one adult to sit on the stool as they take off/put on their shoes. “Overall I feel satisfied with this product, but it’s not super impressive for the price. Other reviewers mentioned they received two “left” parts, but I think they are all like this; the sides are all pressed/punched from one side for the screw inserts. Also mentioned in other reviews are the threading for the support screws. These were often crooked (this is most noticeable where you screw the “feet” in), so it helps to leave everything half-tightened as you assemble, and finish tightening when it’s all together. The worst part quality-wise has to be the welds, they don’t look like they will hold the advertised weight (175 lbs on the bench). The wood is decent quality particle board with an attractive finish, although there was a chipped up corner on my bench board (faces the back, so I don’t mind).
