Each piece slid effortlessly into place with all of the screw holes aligned exactly where they were supposed to be. Once assembled, I easily pushed the 4 anchors into the ground location I selected. After a week of use, the holder is very stable and much easier to use than a hose real that you have to crank the hose back into the box. “Great Unit, works as advertised. The unit comes with hardware needed to install. But I recommend you use a proper Phillips head screw driver to tighten screws. The included Alan wrench driver is OK to get things started. Finish with the screw driver to tighten and sturdy things up. Also recommend a rubber mallet to hammer into ground so finish doesn’t get marred. You can use a piece of wood and regular hammer as well. Overall product works and looks good. “Supports long garden hose, portable. I may be moving soon so wanted a garden hose holder that was portable. This was seems very durable, easy to assemble, though instructions print was very tiny and hard to read (but pretty intuitive). Extra screws provided I did not need, but good to have just in case. I have had problems in the past with these types of hose stakeholders with rust at the base, but this unit seems to be higher quality finish and more balanced so hopeful it will work even in wet conditions. “sturdy and stable. This is a basic hose reel requiring some assembly. They included all the tools needed and an extra of each bolt and nut. Assembly was pretty straightforward and the instruction manual was simple to follow. When assembled, the frame was flexy until you drove the stakes into the ground. Then it becamse quite stable. I had to step onto to the stales to get them into the ground, and I weigh 230 lbs. I think it’s because the stakes are pretty thick. The frame is pretty strong as it held up to my weight and my rocking back and forth and side to side while working the stakes further down.It holds plenty of hose – the 25 footer barely takes up any space. There are two hooks on back to hold stuff. The coating appears to be well applied and should resist corrosion or rust. The same coating is on the screws, bolts, and nuts so it’s all the same color.Just one note – mine was definitely a return.
