“So my husband and I ordered this couch when the price was just at 500.00– and I do have to say it’s a wonderful couch at that price! It looks more expensive, seems to be pet resistant (we have a lab), and is pretty comfortable. We ordered the dark grey and in the pictures provided, it looks MUCH darker than it is in person. The medium grey color is still very nice though. It came in decent shape— the only flaw was a small tear on the bottom black lining, but it’s the risk you take when you order a couch. The damage isn’t severe enough to return. The delivery process was a little strange. I read comments from people saying the people who deliver also set the couch up, and that wasn’t the case for us. They were hesitant just to bring the box into our living room. BUT the couch did get delivered on the date we were originally given.
