“Excellent Crate! This is the second crate I tried, and it is exceptional! I can’t give it enough praise. Maybe I’m too excited because the first crate I ordered (two of them, for two pups) was absolute junk damaged beyond repair when it arrived, cheap wire sides, damaged corners all around. But THIS CRATE IS BEAUTIFUL! It came very well packaged, no damage visible. Easy and quick to assemble (which I did alone…notwithstanding the instructions say you need two people). It’s solid. The side door can go on either side. The front doors open wide. Plenty of options! And my 75 pound rescue pit bull has plenty of space to stretch and even sit without slouching. My only complaint is that Amazon said BOTH crates were delivered today, but only one arrived. Hopefully the other crate shows up tomorrow and my other rescue pup won’t be jealous (she gets the medium size to fit her better). Regardless of the shipping snafu, this crate is 5-stars all day (granted it’s day 1, but seems like it’ll be a great crate for a long time to come).” – Jason R (Source: Amazon)
“Sturdy, solid crate. Update several months later: These have held up to 50+ different large-breed, high energy dogs! Zero issues. Awesome. The dogs love to hang out or nap in these during the day – my dogs take naps in these any chance they get. So comfy and den-like to them. I keep my plants on the top and water has accidentally sat on them for a day or two. Zero damage since the wood is so well sealed. So worth the money.I’m a petsitter with lots of large, high energy clients who sleep in crates overnight, so bought two of these to free myself from the ugly and flimsy wire crates. They’re cute, very well built, and assembly took about 30mins each with the help of my partner. The wood portions are gorgeous and seem non-porous(good for if a dog has an accident or water spills) and the metal portions are SOLID and look to be powder-coated. They are heavy enough that I can put stuff on top and still be confident that the crates won’t be moving around if a dog is. I custom built and painted a backing for each crate to protect the back of our couch. Love love LOVE” – Keeliana Marler (Source: Amazon)
“Just as nice as the picture!! My 60 pound lab fits perfectly in here, I purchased the 40 inch one. He unfortunately broke out of his previous crate due to separation anxiety and I was looking for a heavy duty, but pretty crate and this one was perfect. There’s 2 latches keeping the crate closed, the ones on the outside are more for the look, there is a stronger latch holding it on the inside which make it even sturdier. He has some bathroom accidents while inside since he’s still a pup but it’s very easy to clean up, the wood floor has some sealant on it preventing any urine from seeping through the wood. Definitely worth the money and looks great!” – anais (Source: Amazon)
“Checks all the boxes we needed for an attractive crate. My wife and I are coming from one of those generic black crates for our lovely little puppy. This crate is made of metal and not wood, unlike other furniture-style crates, so I’m not worried about the durability aspect. It opens on two sides, so you can place it anywhere in your home. Also, it has a very attractive design so it blends perfectly and makes our room feel much more cozy. And because the crate is so sturdy it acts as a little side table for my wife’s stuff. Great product, couldn’t ask for more.” – Frank Kirwin (Source: Amazon)
“Beautiful durable dog kennel. I absolutely love this kennel!!!! It’s modern durable and absolutely stunning! It looks perfect in our house and natural! My favorite part is the French doors that open up or u can even open the side door. I love how it shows a homie cozy space for our dog rather then in a cage that you see in a shelter.” – Ashley (Source: Amazon)
“Pretty AND Sturdy. Love the new cage! I bought the medium for my handsome Cowboy Corgi and he definitely loves it. I keep one door open during the day and it’s the first cage I’ve had that he chooses to hang out in. I’m planning on purchasing a second one for my female. I really liked the feature that the side door can be put on either end- instructions weren’t complicated; the double door side also has spring bolts top and bottom to hold the second door closed; there was also a nice supply of extra hardware included which was needed to replace one faulty screw…” – Amazon Customer (Source: Amazon)
“Looks great! I use this in my office and love the look! It was easy to assemble, which I was worried about due to a few of the reviews. I put it together myself and it went fine. My pup fits comfortably with a dog bed inside and it adds to my office space.I plan on getting a second one for my home.” – Michelle (Source: Amazon)
“Absolutely love it!!! I am so happy with this purchase!! It looks better in person and it’s definitely heavy duty. I assembled it myself and it was super easy. Classy and sturdy! Highly recommended!” – Laura Texter (Source: Amazon)
“Love it ! We bought the large size for my 5 month pit and she loves it. Was able to build with no issues, came earlier than expected and we love that it blends in as furniture. It’s big enough for my dog to stretch in it even as she gets bigger. It’s heavy and sturdy. Love it love it loveee it.” – Kauri (Source: Amazon)
“I took a chance and I’m so glad I did…. I have two small dogs and you would think that small dogs really don’t do much damage but I am here to tell you otherwise. Especially, if one of them is a puppy and naturally chews, behaving like a terrible two-year old. With that said, my chihuahua and pomchi mix (mom+son) both need to be crated, especially my pomchi puppy because he cannot be trusted whatsoever to be left alone. I’ve spent money on two previous crates that he’s destroyed, so this time I scoured the internet for various styles of dog crates, this time, steel. After reading countless reviews, looking at different styles and types, I came across this steel crate. At first, I was a little hesitant because the reviews are mixed, some good, some bad, much to the same complaint about the holes being misaligned during assembly, etc. After sitting on this specific style for several days, I looked at other options but kept coming back to this one because I like the look of it and its functionality, which is important. I decided to take a chance and bought this crate despite the reviews and I’m here to give you a helpful review should you consider this for yourself. As I’ve mentioned, I have two small dogs, but I personally do not like small sized crates because this just doesn’t work well for dogs with separation anxiety, or anxiety in general. Additionally, small size crates just irritate me because of a lack of space, so in my case, for both dogs, I bought the 42” size. Yes, you read that right – the largest option for two tiny dogs because space is important. Here’s the 411:1. The crate is steel if you didn’t know, and heavy. I expected this, in fact, I actually expected some form of disappointment based on some of negative reviews I’ve seen but I have this product the benefit of doubt. Now, I live in an apartment and it fits perfectly in my limited space.2. I chose the white/natural color because I really wanted a crate that wasn’t the typical black/brown or gray/silver colors. It’s much better looking in person.3. Assembly was actually very easy but it does take 2 people to assemble it because in order for the holes to align accurately with the bolts and screws where needed, a second person needs to hold each panel piece steady to prevent misalignment. Additionally, you don’t want to fully tighten all of bolts/screws, just position them enough to hold the all of the pieces together; then collectively tighten all of the bolts/screws afterwards. Side note, it’s not impossible to assemble by yourself but it will be a little challenging so to make it easier on you, have someone help you.4. The crate is very solid and my puppy cannot chew their way out of this one if he tried. No dog can really.PROS:I love this crate, the size I choose may be naturally big for others but for my two dogs, it gives them space to move around in, and it’s the best one I’ve bought. I love that the bottom floor is structured flooring making it more stable for dogs, and a huge plus for any owner who hates the cheap plastic potty trays for those boring metal crates. That alone was one of the reasons why I bought this one. It is more aesthetically pleasing and looks clean/chic, and I love the 3-door design, as well as the locking mechanisms for the doors that create such ease. And lastly, the adjustable legs is fabulous.CONS:In my honest opinion, there are none.Overall, my experience with this crate is a 10/10. My dogs love their new space. I bought a dog bed that takes up half of one side while keeping a washable pee pad and their food dishes for open access. So, if you come across this crate and find yourself curious or hesitant, take a chance. You’ll be glad you did. I think your only conflict will be choosing the color for you. Haha.” – Veronica (Source: Amazon)
