“Ordered the love seat, table and two chairs, but separately rather than as a set as I found it cheaper that way, and so far have received 3 pieces — and am quite satisfied. I could deduct a star because the cushions are not thick enough for comfort but didn’t because it’s an easy replacement and for the price – the fact that the cushions are included was a bonus for me. I am still waiting on some throw pillows to arrive but for now the 20" ones I have are working out fine for back support. The table is sturdy enough to be used as an ottoman so I didn’t bother ordering one; I just throw a pillow under my feet when needed and couldn’t be more content. We bought this set for the time being since we finally had our deck built with only a month or so left in the year before it gets too cold to sit outside – but I’d be willing to bet that we get several years out of this set before we end up purchasing larger sectional seating. It was a bit tiresome to assemble with large plastic screws and a plastic "wrench", but wasn’t at all difficult. I felt a bit like a child putting together a kids play set (nothing sharp, nothing dangerous) but it took me about 40 mins on the loveseat, 1 minute for the table (snaps together – easy peesy) and maybe 15 mins for the chair. The color is indeed much darker than the images – I thought perhaps they mistakenly sent me the black color until I verified it said brown on the box. It looks like a very dark mahogany color but otherwise, appears nearly black in direct sunlight. I did want more of a brown but other reviews prepared me for the color difference so I wasn’t disappointed. Another thing that I am pleased with is the flat, resin plastic legs on each piece. I am leery to use certain furniture on our Fiberon deck as I’ve noticed things do scratch it. So the material of these Keter products seems to work well on composite decks, plus they are fairly lightweight but not enough to blow around in heavy winds. I also ordered the Keter planters and they are identical in color. It seems all Keter items are the same shade. Unfortunately the Keter brown is much darker than Suncast and other resin wicker products, so some things I’ve ordered (trashcan, propane heater, Tiki torch statue, etc) don’t exactly match but I’m still okay with it. Also one other potential issue with this dark brown color is that the chairs and loveseat get very hot in direct sunlight. The cushions make sitting okay but the arms do get pretty hot so be careful when little ones are using them during hot summer days. But otherwise I think this set is well worth the price. I did receive my first loveseat damaged (piece cracked off the bottom leaving a very sharp edge that I was afraid would cut my dogs’ noses if they were sniffing around), but Amazon sent out a replacement right away and had UPS pick up the large box containing the damaged one within 2 day’s time,’so it wasn’t that much of a hassle and the #2 sofa was damage free. I’m definitely happy with this buy and for under $400, the price can’t be beat (I searched for well over 2 months for the right set.)” – Lisa427 (Source: Amazon)

“(3/30/2016) No problems with assembly at all. I just finished putting this together by myself. I like that it has no metal parts to rust. It took about 45 minutes total active time to assemble one bench. Be sure to carefully read the instructions and count all of the pieces before you get started. I purchased some Velcro tabs to keep the cushions from flying off in the wind. When you are attaching the two sides together if the provided screws seem like they are not "grabbing" — remove them and put back in on the opposite side. Things will tighten up correctly. I’m very pleased and just purchased another one. I plan on setting up conversational groupings on my patio. This makes that a very affordable possibility. The cushions are thin like some other commentators have noted. However it is a great value. I will update after having these a while. They’re going to be sitting on my back porch uncovered.” – Theresa (Source: Amazon)
