“A very honest and thorough review. 14ft $489 red and black option. The issue I had was the packaging. When this box was delivered it was mangled and put back together looks like at least twice it opened and was fixed. Some of the boxes with the hardware were open from being mangled. Springs were everywhere. I deducted a star for that reason and that reason only because it seems to be a pattern. They need to get stronger boxes and make it easier for transportation. The trampoline. I purchased the 14ft red & black option for $489. Instructions were easy to understand and it took me about 1.5 hours to put together. I did get help. It is a 2 man job but 1 will do if that’s all you have. It was not hard at all. The trampoline itself it is nice. Easy bounce and could hold me, my husband and two children without bending in too far. The net is average it’s not very thick but it does serve its purpose. I do like the rounded posts. 14ft is the perfect size if you have children that like space when moving around. My son has asd and that was important to me. I think if you have more than one child 10ft and up is your best bet. The protectors of the posts are flimsy I do think I’ll have to replace them after time.I also like the maintenance and safety section it did inform me quite a bit on proper safety measures and maintenance they include. It gave me the option to get a free gift. A basketball net or a sprinkler. I filled out the survey for a trampoline sprinkler. I will come back to let you know if I actually received it. That will definitely make me feel better about the price lol.I will say I do feel it was worth the extra money for a nicer, sturdier, safer and fun trampoline.I did do a lot of research before purchasing a trampoline. Yes you can find them at a fraction of the cost but jumpzylla is the highest recommended for safety. I found it hard to find helpful reviews though because the size was not listed and some people based their reviews on shipping issues with the box being mangled like myself. If you are like me adding multiple trampolines to your cart considering size, price, ratings and taking forever to purchase because you want to shop around. I would go for this one. I hope my review is so helpful to others like me in the market for a trampoline to bring the fun to your home. Thank you for reading.” – Dana (Source: Amazon)

“Only took 2 hours to put together….. It only took two of us, two women yet, 2 hours to put this together. Directions are very easy to follow. Very durable and the kids live it, especially the part where it took no time at all to put together!!” – Kimberly Adams (Source: Amazon)

“Perfect Toddler Energy-Burner! This was a fantastic investment for my kids! It’s safe design/netting is what stuck out for me as I’ve been very apprehensive about getting a trampoline due to the potential injuries with the outer rim, but no worries with this one! It’s a great exercise & energy-burner for the kiddos – I love that I can go on this with them too (for now) and it’s very sturdy. We bought the 8ft., but will probably upgrade in a couple years when they get a bit bigger. It was pretty easy to assemble and took about an hour with my husband and I setting it up. If you’re thinking on getting a trampoline, this is the one!” – Britt V. (Source: Amazon)

“The BEST!!!!! We purchased a 14ft one for Christmas for our 3 kids age 7, and one year old twins. A storm came and even with it staked to the ground it flipped it breaking the net and some poles. I messages them after checking prices on new poles and net it would cost me just as much to buy a brand new trampoline. After communicating that to the company and that I needed that net for our 1.5 year old twin babies. They agreed to send a brand new trampoline free of charge to solve the issue. We could not be any more grateful for their kindness. And the quality of this Trampoline is fantastic.” – Jessica (Source: Amazon)

“Wonderful company, Love it! Very easy to put together. took an hour doing it by myself. If doing it solo, i recommend temporarily duct taping the circular frame to the T joints to make it easier.Seems to be well made and sturdy. We will see if it stands up to Oklahoma storms. It had all parts, nothing was damaged, but it seemed very easy to contact cust service for replacements.it even came with a little happy birthday banner to put on it in a bag marked “just in case.” I thought this was a nice touch, because as it happens, it was for my daughter’s birthday!” – Zachari Sharp (Source: Amazon)

“THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these Trampolines. They are sturdy and my kids have enjoyed jumping on it daily. SUPER EASY to set up! We got the biggest one and even my husband and I are able to jump. I will forever support this company! Such a great brand and product!” – Jacquelyn Young (Source: Amazon)

“If your gonna buy a jumper buy this brand, best bang for the price. Bought it for my 3 age 6.9,11 kids and they love it, excellent quality, easy to assemble. Love the design highly recommend it.” – Marcelo (Source: Amazon)

“Sturdy and fun 10’ trampoline. Purchased as Christmas gift around October and it got lost in shipment. I was worried about the supply chain etc but the company/or Amazon was able to get a new one sent out fast. Arrived with plenty of time. Living in Midwest we were lucky to be able to actually assemble on Christmas Day. It took my husband about 2 hours. He is very handy and didn’t find it challenging. We anchor it down bc of our crazy tornado winds but still had some damage. The company was easy to contact and they replaced the parts we needed fixed. My kids use this everyday! I think ours is only 10’ and our 5&6 yr old daughters and their friends all pile into it. If they do tricks or actually bounce I would say only 2-3 at a time. They are little and make it work. We followed the steps to get the water hose attachment and it’s fun for the summer. It sprays in and out bc of how it’s hung, haven’t figured out how to direct all of it into the trampoline.Pros: easy to move for mowing and holds a lot of little kids. Survived midwest winter and spring winds and still looks pretty new. No sun fade yet but hasn’t been a whole year. Netting has held up well despite all the rough play. Sturdy zipper. Company easy to work with.Cons: the foam pads on the exterior metals poles tear easily. Think super thin pool noodle. Kids walk around the edge, prob shouldn’t but they are kids and this tore the foam. We like the aesthetic look of the foam so we have made it work. The clips that hold the netting into the poles up top are more fragile than we thought they would be. It would be nice if an extra set was sent with the purchase since it’s not a piece you can get at hardware store or purchase separately. The company replaced these for us after a tornado came though (missed us!) but caused damage.Overall I would recommend and would purchase again. Prob will get a size up next time bc our girls will be bigger and our 15 son will be more active outside.” – Kansas (Source: Amazon)

“Seems like a good trampoline. We got the trampoline put together yesterday. The kids LOVE it! They’re 5.5, 3.5 and 1.5 so I’m hoping it holds up well for them. We had a problem with bent poles and having to drill holes in one of the legs but overall setup wasn’t terrible. We have a decent sized yard so the 14ft is great to give them plenty of room. My husband got on with the kids a bit and all went well. I had purchased some heavy duty rebarb looking u-shaped anchor things to hammer into the ground over the legs. I’m glad I did. That pack had 8 and the 4 that comes with the trampoline don’t seem strong enough to keep it secure. The netting seems good. Our Littles aren’t super rambunctious on it yet so it’s hard to tell. It seems sturdy. It doesn’t seem to be made of heavy metal, the pieces were lighter than I expected. This is our first trampoline so I don’t know if that’s on par or not. With all that being said I am pleased with the purchase and once put together it looks nice in the yard too. We were missing the steps for the ladder. I’ve contacted the seller so hopefully that will be remedied soon (the reason for 4 stars).” – Amazon Customer (Source: Amazon)

“Great trampoline. Took two people 2.5 hours to assemble. Mostly went smoothly. Seems very high quality so far.” – Mariah Bailey (Source: Amazon)

“3rd times a charm! My daughter had been begging for a trampoline, so I headed to Amazon. We ordered one, it arrived, but when we assembled, it literally twisted and wouldn’t sit flat on the ground. Returned. Second time ordered a different one that never arrived. Canceled. I was about to give up on ordering one from here, but luckily tried one last time with the Jumpzylla. It actually did arrive. Assembly was much more straightforward and easier than the first one (different brand). It seems very sturdy and better quality than the first one, and it looks nice too. We couldn’t get the orange in the size we wanted, but the black is less of an eyesore in the yard. My daughter loves it! I also tried it. I’m 150 lbs and it bounced me so well that I was actually getting a little woozy at first, same feeling you get on a Rollercoaster (likely age-related lol). We separately purchased some heavy metal anchors from Amazon because we live on the coast and it gets quite windy. Hopefully they will keep it in place. The legs seem much sturdier than others I’ve seen. My only issue is the pad came with some white circular marks on it (see last 2 photos). Not sure what they’re from. Hopefully they arent going to cause that area to weaken or tear. Other than that, so far, so good! I love that the springs area is outside of the net so she can’t fall or step on them. The 12 foot is a perfect size for her and a friend to jump on together or for her to do flips safely. Definitely recommend!” – Heather (Source: Amazon)

“Best quality very sturdy in all details! Customer service is amazing thank you! I was hesitant on buying another trampoline since the one we had before was hardly used. Let me tell you, this is hands down the best trampoline and very worth the price. We got the 10ft one. I had ordered it and said it wouldn’t arrive until after my sons bday. I took the chance and contacted customer service to see if it were possible they could ship any earlier. IT ARRIVED 2 DAYS LATER SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! super easy to put together. I did it all by myself:) I noticed right off the bat it was great quality because the poles were very heavy and solid . Not like the last trampoline they were flimsy. The mat is also thick and sturdy. The details I really like are how they give poles to secure the netting at the top. (Btw they are fiberglass? so wear gloves.) They secured the net through T connectors (not strings you tie) so it remains tight and won’t end up saggy. Also the bottom of the net is secured with clips instead of flimsy strings like the last one I had. They even sent stakes to secure the entire trampoline after set up. I also love the detail in the colors. The poles are solid black and really makes the orange pop. Just some of the many great things I really appreciated. My kids have been on this thing as soon as they wake up and absolutely love it. Highly recommend this if you are looking” – Hailey Hoggatt (Source: Amazon)

“Good buy. Great product and easy to put together. Sturdy and my daughter loves it.” – Jasmine (Source: Amazon)

“Great quality! We got the 14ft and it is perfect for our family. An adult is able to jump with the kids and everyone have fun. Already had one kid take a tumble into the net which protected them perfectly from harm. Very impressed. Only extra thing we added was higher quality wind steaks due to being in a very windy state.” – Jennifer (Source: Amazon)

“Great trampoline. This is a great trampoline that was easy to put together. My only complaint is that the ladder has blue steps and the picture shows black steps.” – Michael C. (Source: Amazon)

“Happy with purchase. It took about 90 minutes to assemble with my dad. I would advise putting the top pieces and net together before assembling it to the top poles. It wasn’t difficult to assemble. My 10 year old son loves it and it’s pretty sturdy” – TCB (Source: Amazon)

“Amazing! Jumpzylla is doing all the right things! Shipping was extremely fast, and the trampoline is VERY stable! The 12ft says it can hold 400lbs but we had over 500lbs on it and held up perfect! I love the bowed out support bars for the net. Very easy to assemble, I did it myself in an hour & half. All tools were included. My only complaint would be paint missing on the U shaped feet of the frame but that’s so minor it doesn’t bother me. 10 stars Jumpzylla!!! There’s a free offer card included for a sprinkler or basketball hoop, I chose the sprinkler and am waiting for it to arrive. Absolutely would recommend!! Just don’t be like me, order the 14ft, not the 12ft because bigger is better lol” – Aaron Bertram (Source: Amazon)
