“Ergonomic as described. It has adjustable lumbar support. Tilt & lock are pretty standard and functions well. The molded foam seat is still cushy after 3 months. The headrest is comfortable and adjustable, as is the lumbar support. The mesh is firm and light. The arms can be changed up or down.It was easy to put together. As you can see, the upper portion and the wheels are strong, molded plastic. The legs and piston are all metal of course.It’s worth it with the manufacturer’s price reduction. “I’m pretty amazed with this chair. It was packaged relatively compact, but don’t let that fool you because It’s heavy. Instructions are easy to follow with clear label but executing can be challenging. It definitely looks nice and executive but mine came with some blemishes (looks used). Even the parts/screws looks used (tape all over). Overall happy with this though, but I have to nit pick something, it would be the swivel arm rest. I wish it’s a little bit wider. “The chair requires assembly but comes with the only tool you need. There was one extra of each screw/washer. The instructions were very well written with drawings/pictures. All the hardware is labeled for easy identification. Assembly took me about an hour from opening box to completion. It can probably be done faster but I was carefully following the instructions. There were no missing parts and everything fit perfectly.I got this chair for my daughter and she really likes it. We both found the chair very comfortable and sturdy (she’s about 5’6”/110lbs, I’m about 6’2”/220lbs). It fits well with home décor and doesn’t look too office-like. It is white and blue, making it gender neutral. The headrest and lumber support are adjustable. My daughter didn’t feel the headrest had enough adjustment for shorter people.
