“Furniture Dog Crate. This dog crate furniture compliments my existing decor as well as it’s functional for use. It’s small size and light weight are great because I’ll be able to rearrange it as needed. Great investment for 2-in-1 purposes. The mat is soft, but not thick. I think I will get something to go under it.” – Tasha M (Source: Amazon)

“Pretty Nice. Fit and finish are not perfect as with any self-assembled furniture. Some of the screws had to be forced into the screw holes but worked out just fine. Extra feet and screws are provided if needed. I believe this is an artificial wood laminate. It still looks good. Some of the laminate was separating from it’s particle board base. I repaired it with epoxy. If you have to have this in your family room, it looks much better than a standard dog crate. For our application we will be putting two teacup shi tzus in this pen together.” – Courtney S. Putnam (Source: Amazon)

“Nice quality, easy to put together. I was looking for a crate for my tiny terrorist aka Frankie the weenie dog. He does not like to be in a crate but he will chew thru a wall if left unattended for 20 minutes. I wanted something that would give him plenty of space yet be comfy. I bought 2 of these, size small. I cut the metal doors off of opposite ends and pushed them together. I screwed a piece of wood on the back to hold the 2 crates together, then screwed a piece of wood onto the front of the crates where there was a gap. Now he has plenty of room and can see out. I mounted a ring camera on the wall aimed into the crates. I put an outdoor cushion on top – my 80lb Staffy/Pittie is happy as she can see out the window. The mats that came with the crates are definitely not weenie proof. He had one chewed up in about 5 minutes. I’ve ordered a heavy duty chew resistant pad to go in its place. Frankie still doesn’t like the crate but now he has room to stomp back and forth while screaming his head off! Will see how durable it is when he spends more time in it.” – Kristin Burnham (Source: Amazon)

“Exactly what I was looking for. Purchased this crate for my new puppy who chewed through a portable soft sided crate and I wanted something that was more a piece of functional furniture. It has not disappointed. I purposefully installed the front panel upside down as I needed it to open to the left rather than the right. This makes it more difficult to close and you can’t securely lock the front door but my intention was/is to leave it open for the most part. If you need the crate to lock securely then I don’t suggest altering the assembly as I did unless you are willing to get creative. The crate mat provided wasn’t to my liking (not washable and very thin) so I put it up against the inside back of the crate to create a soft back panel and I purchased a memory foam anti anxiety mat that has a washable cover and is easier on the joints. I also used a black side door window privacy curtain across the top that functions as a sort of table runner and gives my pup more privacy in his “room” and helps keep him warm as he’s a small chihuahua (10lbs) who tends to run on the cold side. With the added mat and a big fluffy blanket it makes the crate feel more like a den to him. He likes it and will go in and out throughout the day.Overall the crate is very well liked by my dog and it fits in beautifully as a piece of furniture.” – Bonnie (Source: Amazon)

“Love it. Love the new furniture crate. Looks nice and my dog can see out better than the hard plastic crate we were using.” – R. Lane (Source: Amazon)

“Love it! XL, 43″, rustic. Heavy box! Had to open it and take it in, in pieces. Went together like butter! So easy! I also bought some shelves for the top to put some dog and pretty stuff on. My 4 year old, 85 lb puppy is skeptical tho… I hope he gets used to it, because it’s hard to move put together, by myself….” – Jessa Ray (Source: Amazon)

“Overall good. I loved the look of this dog crate/end table. This is the grey/beige color size small. It’s actually a little larger in person than I expected. For the price it’s fine. It was easy assembly and done in around 25 minutes. The table is a little wobbly and the bed is rather thin so I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. I did end up purchasing a thicker comfier bed to go in there.” – Amazon Customer (Source: Amazon)

“Easy assembly, looks great! I don’t normally write reviews but this is a dog product I have procrastinated on buying because of all the options and so many size questions. I am so happy I picked this one after months of review paralysis. This is the 32L size ($179) and it fits my 12lb (very long body) mini aussie perfectly. He can stretch out and stand up without touching the top or sides. He stands about 21″ tall and his head still has room. This took me about 25-30 minutes from opening the box to putting my dog inside and the instructions were easy to follow. No missing pieces, easy to follow labeling, comes with necessary allen wrench AND it can make actual turns without hitting a tight corner, leveling feet prevent floor scratches. Doors on two sides, thin pad inside but room for a fluffy dog bed.” – Jessica S (Source: Amazon)

“Very nice furniture cage. My 2 soon to arrive puppies will do great when they need to stay in it. Looks great in our family room with floor and furniture definitely NOT an eyesore and my husband said was easy to put together with no issues. Greige color I don’t understand the awful reviews ours came packaged very well and it is neither cheaply made nor unsturdy and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone. The doors can be removed quite easily as you can see in pic they are. You can also put it together so door swings opposite way. This is not cheap looking because I would not have if it was. I also bought a soft bed to put inside.” – martha (Source: Amazon)

“2 birds in 1 stone. We love that this works as a crate and end table as well. Finally we can get rid of our plastic one that is not as aesthetic as this.” – Benalyn Cabrera (Source: Amazon)
