“Had been shopping around for a smaller sofa and/or futon for my recording studio, and happened upon this seeming beauty. Despite its cost and several reports of folks advising of the quality and eventual failure of the cushion foam, I decided to take a gamble. Once received, the futon was surprisingly very easy to assemble, with an assembly time of roughly 30 minutes, total. Once completed, I was surprised to find it being very sturdy, and honestly more comfortable than I expected. Being that this was intended for clients (I’m just getting into the business), I purchased knowing it wouldn’t get THAT much rear-end action from me, so, I hope the foam failure issues will be staved off for quite a while. There is a 1-year warranty, FYI, so I am hoping the company will honor, should I experience any problems. Overall, I fully recommend this futon for occasional use, as well as the price point.
