“It’s not perfect but it’s great! Don’t let this product’s minor imperfections keep you from buying it. We eat out in it almost daily. The vent at the top help keeps it cool. The mosquito netting is very effective and it has plenty of room for 4 to sit comfortably. As many other reviewers noted, the screen doesn’t hang well. We put it on the outside (see photo), and it opens up the space and stays out of your way. It’s also easier to open and close because you can step on the screen and unzip it with one hand.We also covered the leaky grommets with shipping tape to stop the dripping. So far the tape has survived sun and rain and it’s practically invisible.Setting it up was pretty painful too as others have noted. You need to stretch two opposite corners as much as possible then muscle it up until it clicks.Make sure you secure it immediately after putting it, either with the ropes or sandbags or weights. I made the mistake of not securing it when we first put it up. Check the photos for what happened during a little wind gust. I bought the foot weights before I put the gazebo back up.Based on my experience with customer support I’m bumping my review up from 4 to 5 stars. When the wind flipped the gazebo it tore a big hole in one of the screen sections. I got in touch with customer support who made it very easy to order a replacement mosquito netting. We added lights and can’t get enough of it in the evening. In fact I’m heading there now even though it’s raining. It’s fun to sit in the rain when you’re not getting wet. Enjoy!” – Tom from Lowell, MA (Source: Amazon)
“Easy set up, great value. These tents really are suprisingly easy to set up, we had an outdoor dinner party for 14 people planned at our lake property when the weather report suddenly changed. I had these next day and manged to get them up and decorated in an hour. They held up to some serious rain and saved the day! We two up next to eachother and attached them together and had to add some tape to cover a few vent holes just to prevent drips but all in all an excellent value. Loved them so much we decided to buy 2 more!” – eric land (Source: Amazon)
“Nice (once it’s set up). Overall I like the product. But you really need two people to set this thing up. I guess one can do it, but it’s not going to be easy.(The video they show of the woman setting it up effortlessly is crap). It took me and my wife a couple of hours to set this up.I’m sure the next time will be a little quicker but probably not much. Like I said, overall I’m satisfied” – Keith (Source: Amazon)
“It was great…until the storm hit. This was a nice canopy for about a month. We don’t have any shade in our yard so I bought this to give us some shade in the hot summer sun. Unfortunately, a strong storm came through while we weren’t home and blew the tent enough to pull the stakes out of the yard. I also had weights attached to each of the 4 legs, but the wind was just too strong for it. I guess it’s back to the drawing board for shade. Also, the nets only attach to it by putting them on a string along the inside of the tent. This allows bugs to enter from the top of the nets. We didn’t have it long enough to consider this much of an issue, but thought I would mention it.” – Kristen D. (Source: Amazon)
“Easy to use. Very easy to set up. It would be hard for one person but very easy and fast for two people. It took me about 20 mins for the first time to set up and learn how to use it. You can close the tent without removing the top after the initial setup. The second time it only took me less than 5 mins to pop it open. Hanging the net took a while but it works great against bugs. The material is strong and it looks nice compare to others.” – John (Source: Amazon)
“Great Gazebo for a Great Price! This gazebo is awesome for the price! I’ve had it for about 3 months now and it’s holding up awesome. It’s not totally water resistant, as there are small holes at the top that let water in.. but I didn’t get it to be totally water resistant – just block some of that Texas sun. Assembly was a little bit confusing initially since the instructions aren’t totally clear; but it took less than 30 mins to assemble with 2 people.. and once you get it going it’s easy peasy! If you’re looking for a gazebo to last you for a year or so (I don’t see this one holding up past that) then this is an awesome one for the price!!” – Taylor J (Source: Amazon)
“Great product. We wanted a good looking, sturdy Gazebo Tent to sit on our back garden deck and make it comfortable, rain ir shine, and that’s exactly what we got. My wife did most of the assembly, I just helped with the last stage of raising the frame into place, and adding the netting. We’ve sat under it in bright, hot sunshine, and it kept us a s cool as can be. We’ve sat under it in the rain, and it kept us dry and comfortable. We had one real downpour during a thuderstorm, and didn’t expect we’d be able to shelter under it. But the wind didn’t budge it an inch, and half an hour later we were sitting under it again. We had sandbags to anchor the legs, and also tied them to the deck… solid as a rock. It’s like having another room on the house, and great value for money!” – Mick Lee (Source: Amazon)
“Spacious and sturdy pop-up gazebo tent; mosquito net installation feels cheap unfortunately. Excellent pop-up gazebo tent that was easy to install and take down. For extra security, please buy sand bags! The instructions to install this tent needs to be improved, since it’s a little confusing, but you can figure it out yourself. The biggest gripe I have with this tent is it feels really cheap to hand tie strings all around the tent to hang up the mosquito netting. There should be a better way to do this. Provide collapsible rods, similar to tent poles, that can be assembled and hung up for easy mosquito net installation.” – Julie Xiong (Source: Amazon)
“Great for the price. Easy to assemble with two people although i think some steps may be missing from the directions. Decent sturdiness but the mosquito netting does move in and out with the wind but that’s to be expected. We got this as a replacement because our husky destroyed the other top – safe to say we both love it and it will be getting a lot of use this summer! It feels like a little room outside.” – Jenifer McCoy (Source: Amazon)
“Put it up today. Looks great! Took about an hour and a half because the screening took longer than expected. We live on the gulf of Mexico in FL and will lower it or take it down if there’s a storm coming. Also anchored it with sand bags to make sure it won’t fly away.” – Dorothy Boughton (Source: Amazon)
“You need a person on each corner when raising up. I was worried about buying this because the reviews of the holes and such, but I ended up loving this gazebo when we got it up. I found no holes or lose threads in our gazebo. It took an hour and 4 people to put up just because I didn’t want to break it. For 200 bucks it is a nice gazebo. I would purchase again. If it holds up good. We bought it mainly for entertaining guests I can’t wait to get out patio furniture…..the spot in the photo isn’t it’s permanent home.” – Beth Huston (Source: Amazon)
“Customer service was awesome!! This canopy is really elegant! I use it for glamping. It is very heavy though. I could not set it by myself.” – Travis M. (Source: Amazon)
“Nice canopy. Easy to assemble. Gives us the shade we were looking for. We do have sand bags attached to the legs because canopy is in the corner of patio that gets all the wind.” – Cheryl (Source: Amazon)
“It’s super cute. It’s super cute and I liked the price however it was not easy to put up by myself . The amount of pressure you need to push up to have it “snap” into place is a lot ! Too much for my arms to handle so I had my bf do it . Other than that simple instructions just spread out canvas base and put tarp on top attaching ties. So far it lasted heavy Las Vegas winds with weights on legs. Hope it lasts !” – Brandy (Source: Amazon)
