The one con we had with this tv stand was that the top board that the tv stands in has a crack in it. It’s not big and something we can fix ourselves. But paying this much money I would like for it to be whole. However I contacted Amazon and they gave us a discount on the the tv stand which I really appreciate. So a great buy after all. “Sooooo beautiful and luxurious for cheap. I wanted to give this 3 stars because the company does not state anywhere in the ad that the package comes in two pieces so when I only recieved the LED fireplace part and not the tv stand I was very upset because I thought I got scammed. I contacted the company and they were very fast answering me and let me know if comes in two deliveries. My suggestion to the company would be to let customers know in the Amazon listing itself that it comes in two to cause less confusion to customers. Also, the directions are very clear which I love however it is very frustrating to build the fireplace part. The company advertises that it can be made in one hour however it took 3 hours. And I’m a fast builder. Also, for some reason they put the LEDs for the tv stand part inside of the fireplace and you have to unscrew the entire thing to be able to get it out so then I screwed if all together just to find out later on you have to unscrew the whole thing again to install it! Aside from all of that for the price it is sooooo beautiful! The heater works really good! So nice and cozy. It’s soooo pretty and very good quality made! The customer service is very fast and very nice and assured me they would make sure I get the other delivery. “WORTH EVERY PENNY! I never review products but I felt this was worth a review. To start it took 8 days to get delivered. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but with it being as heavy as it was I guess it happens. Only 1 part had a scuff mark on it thankfully it was on the backside that faces the wall. Another piece had a strange brown stain on it that wiped off with a wet paper towel. It took about 3hrs to put together. Everything fits super flush, no weird gaps or misaligned panels. The LED screen works perfectly and looks amazing. The LED wires hang pretty low and are visible after mounting them but nothing some scotch tape can’t fix. All in all I give this product a 9.7/10.
