I was surprised at how well made and how versatile they are. They can be used as a chair, a lounger or a bed and they are longer than I thought they would be. These will be great if I have several people over at once (I do have a spare bedroom as well.) They are fairly comfortable, just a little firm but hoping in time they will soften and even if they don’t, I will toss a throw blanket on them when using for a bed. “Accurate Description on Website with a Warning. The product is accurately described this chair-futon. Simple to assemble–just attach legs to base. The chair did not fold out as described, but after some communication to the seller and a second opinion from another person very familiar with furntiure, this issue was resolved.The chair had a bend in the headrest that I thought was damaged. After laying the chair flat on the floor, I was able to straighten it out. Apparently this is a common problem due to shipping. The seller was willing to make arrangements to send another chair to replace the original “damaged” chair, so I am giving high marks for their attentiveness to the situation.However, a concern for me was the prospect of paying a return cost to obtain a refund. If you are not satisfied with the product, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to the seller. I checked both FedEx and UPS and the quotes they gave me for the shipping were well over $100. That’s about half the cost of the chair! That’s the reason for not giving 5 stars.
